About the Role:
Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of partner compensation through our PRISM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Compensation: Track and record compensation agreements, payments, FTE statuses, and separation arrangements.
- Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with equity policies and tax rules.
- Historical Data: Maintain and upload compensation records.
- End-of-Period Tasks: Update source tables and review financial schedules.
- Evaluation Support: Prepare financial reports for partner evaluations.
- Reporting: Generate monthly and annual compensation reports.
- Insurance & Loans: Prepare census data for insurance renewals and track partner loan programs.
- Special Projects: Handle ad hoc reports and presentations as needed.
