Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financials, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions while ensuring accurate cost accounting
- Assist with Percentage of Completion (POC) and Unbilled Revenue schedules
- Support tax filings, audits, and ERP implementations
- Provide key insights for financial decision-making
Qualifications:
- At lease 5 years of accounting experience, including construction cost accounting
- Experience in public accounting working with a CPA Firm
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, independent, and deadline-driven
