Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Director with a passion for fashion and a strong background in copywriting and content creation. This role is essential for shaping and refining our brand voice, leading our content strategy, and on-brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of the fashion industry, a sharp eye for detail, and a proven track record of creating impactful content that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Vision:
    • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and drives engagement across all channels (web, email, social media, and more).
    • Set and maintain brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
    • Stay ahead of fashion trends and cultural moments to create timely, relevant content that speaks to our audience.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation:
    • Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging, on-brand copy across all platforms, including product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
    • Write, edit, and refine content to ensure it is clear, persuasive, and aligns with the brand’s tone and style.
    • Develop compelling storytelling frameworks that highlight our brand’s unique value and elevate the customer experience.
  • Content Performance & Optimization:
    • Monitor content performance using analytics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and impact.
    • Continuously optimize content strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and market trends.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine messaging and maximize effectiveness across platforms.
  • Brand Storytelling & Innovation:
    • Act as the brand’s storyteller, using creative content to connect with audiences on an emotional level and enhance brand loyalty.
    • Innovate with fresh content formats and approaches, keeping the brand relevant and engaging in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
    • Guide the creation of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and other fashion-forward content pieces.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles, with a focus on fashion.
  • Proven experience developing and executing a cohesive content strategy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of brand voice.
