Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid Garnet Valley, Paid Media & Amazon)

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive eCommerce sales and enhance brand visibility. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to achieve eCommerce sales goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Search, Google Shopping, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, eBay, and more.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Run Paid Media campaigns on DTC website & Amazon
  • Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce advertising.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in eCommerce advertising and digital advertising, including Google/Bing, social media, and marketplaces (Amazon).
  • Professional experience in email and SMS marketing.
  • Proven experience leading and developing direct reports.
  • Expertise in leveraging data to translate into strategic recommendations.
  • Well-versed in eCommerce advertising and digital platforms including Google Search, Google Shopping, Microsoft, Facebook, eBay, Instagram, etc.
