Role Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts across all channels. You’ll be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our reach, particularly on platforms like Facebook and TikTok. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) dynamics.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across all channels, with a primary focus on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Manage a budget of $1.5 million, optimizing spend to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee organic and YouTube following, implementing a broad media strategy with a focus on UX.
  • Lead exclusive product launches to our Facebook club subscribers.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to navigate media management, owned media, and strategy, with a strong emphasis on Facebook.
  • Prioritize and tackle new channels, particularly TikTok, to expand our reach.
  • Collaborate closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive retention efforts with a focus on lifetime value, leveraging your background in retention marketing.


  • Proven track record in growth marketing, preferably in the eCommerce or consumer goods space.
  • Strong technical proficiency across various channels, particularly Facebook and Google.
  • Experience with UX dynamics and the ability to optimize content and performance marketing accordingly.
  • Familiarity with agency management and a demonstrated ability to drive results in a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and pivot as needed.
  • Experience with unbranded performance marketing and a knack for driving results in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
