Job Title: Director of E-commerce
Location: Florida or East Coast Remote
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000

We are a leading player in the fashion industry, known for our stylish, on-trend designs in women’s clothing and accessories. As we expand our reach and enhance our digital presence, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of E-commerce to lead our online strategy and drive future success.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize sales and product visibility on our e-commerce platform.
  • Drive the expansion and optimization of our e-commerce operations, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
  • Oversee the optimization of product listings for search and conversion, managing product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy across all online product listings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive growth on our e-commerce platform.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align e-commerce marketing strategies with broader company campaigns.
  • Implement promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales on our e-commerce platform.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies on our e-commerce platform.
  • Adapt and innovate based on competitive insights to maintain a leading market position.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained on our e-commerce platform, managing reviews and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to develop strategic partnerships and amplify our brand message.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer E-commerce, with a proven track record of optimizing and stabilizing e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including CRM, customer retention, CRO, SEO, and experience with managing loyalty programs.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce advertising and promotional tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
  • Familiarity with logistics management and fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully.
  • Creative, out-of-box thinker with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
