As we continue to grow and expand our eCommerce presence, we’re seeking a talented Director of eCommerce to lead our online sales strategy and drive growth in the digital marketplace.

Position Overview:
As the Director of eCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our eCommerce strategy and driving revenue growth through online sales channels. Leveraging your expertise in consumer electronics and experience with Amazon and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales, you will lead a team to execute initiatives that maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the consumer electronics category.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize our presence on Amazon, ensuring strong product visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce platform, including website optimization, content management, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the consumer electronics market, informing strategic decision-making and product development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive team success.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure eCommerce performance, regularly monitoring and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, continuously adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce leadership roles, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a consumer electronics company with annual sales of $50M or more.
  • Extensive experience with Amazon Marketplace, including Vendor Central and Seller Central, as well as direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in eCommerce operations.
