Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of eCommerce to lead their online sales and digital marketing efforts. This is a remote role, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our eCommerce strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective eCommerce strategies, with specific experience in owning & executing TikTok ads campaigns.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth for our consumer electronics products.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on TikTok ads to target and engage our key demographics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, leveraging analytics tools to track and measure key metrics.
  • Oversee the management of our online store platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership to drive success.


  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing TikTok ads campaigns and leveraging the platform to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a remote team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative e-commerce initiatives to achieve business objectives.
