Position Overview: As an Ecommerce Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer engagement, and expand our brand presence. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our Shopify store, leveraging TikTok for brand awareness and customer acquisition, and driving SMS marketing campaigns to boost customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopify Optimization:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless user experience, mobile responsiveness, and high conversion rates.
    • Implement A/B testing, site personalization, and data-driven improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
    • Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure accurate product listings, effective merchandising, and on-brand visual presentation.
  2. TikTok Marketing:
    • Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our Shopify store.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers, create compelling content, and manage paid advertising campaigns on TikTok.
    • Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics, using insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
  3. SMS Marketing:
    • Lead the development and execution of SMS marketing campaigns to increase customer retention, promote product launches, and drive sales.
    • Segment the customer base for targeted SMS campaigns, utilizing personalization and timely messaging to maximize impact.
    • Monitor SMS campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to continually improve effectiveness.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze ecommerce performance data, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales trends.
    • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a consistent customer experience across all channels.
    • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and technology providers, to implement new strategies and tools.
