We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to lead our client’s online store strategy, operations, and growth. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital experience, driving online sales growth, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the online store’s functionality, driving growth, and optimizing the customer journey to increase conversions.
- Take ownership of eCommerce P&L, ensuring profitability and aligning strategies with business goals.
- Act as Product Owner for the online store, prioritizing feature development and overseeing backlog management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, merchandising, and customer service efforts.
- Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies, managing sprints, prioritizing user stories, and continuously optimizing features and performance.
- Lead eCommerce funnel optimization initiatives, improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Manage third-party integrations, including payment gateways, inventory management systems, and other eCommerce-related software.
- Ensure efficient use of Content Management Systems (CMS) for product updates, promotions, and site content.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to manage website enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and by staying up-to-date on industry trends, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile practices.
Requirements:.
- 5-7 years of eCommerce experience, with 2-5 years in a Product Owner role managing feature functionality and P&L responsibilities.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (Required).
- Certified Agile Leadership (Preferred).
