Title: Ecommerce Manager 
Location: Carlsbad, CA 
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid schedule (3/2) 
Salary Range: $100-115K 
Position Overview: this company is seeking an experienced and strategic Ecommerce Manager to oversee our Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be report directly to our VP, Marketing & Ecommerce and is responsible for optimizing our ecommerce platforms, managing web content, developing landing pages, and implementing effective UX strategies to impact AOV, sell-thru and conversions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Shopify Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product listing enhancements, collection merchandising, and 3rd party app extensions. 
  • Amazon Seller Central: Manage our Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring optimal product listings, Amazon Store merchandising, A+ content management, and compliance with Amazon policies. 
  • D2C Revenue Growth: Execute strategies to increase D2C sales, including AB Testing, user flow analysis, loyalty programs, and impact LTV. 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze website performance data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user experience. 
  • Web Content Management: Create, update, and maintain web content, ensuring it is timely, engaging, production-ready, and aligned with brand guidelines and GTM strategy. 
  • Landing Page Development: Merchandise and implement high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns and product launches. 
  • SEO: Assist and execute SEO strategies to improve on-site elements to impact organic search traffic and increase organic brand/product visibility. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals. 

 
Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central platforms for in-house D2C brand. 
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including conversion rate optimization, and web analytics. 
  • Experience with web content management systems and landing page builders. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and 3rd party app management. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
