eCommerce Manager (Shopify, Amazon Seller, Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven eCommerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels, including our Shopify store and Amazon Seller account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce management, UX/UI design, Google Analytics, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey, increasing conversion rates, and driving overall online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
    • Ensure the online store is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
    • Collaborate with the design team to implement UX/UI improvements that enhance the customer experience.
  • Amazon Seller Account Management:
    • Manage our Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, advertising, and fulfillment strategies.
    • Optimize product listings for SEO, competitive pricing, and customer reviews to drive sales and improve rankings.
    • Monitor and analyze Amazon sales performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize profitability.
  • Google Analytics & Data Analysis:
    • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer behavior.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance, reduce bounce rates, and increase conversion rates based on data insights.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize the customer journey and UX/UI design.
  • UX/UI Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve website navigation, product pages, and checkout processes to ensure a frictionless shopping experience.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices to ensure our online store remains competitive and customer-focused.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO:
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search (PPC), social media advertising, and SEO strategies.
    • Optimize product pages and content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic to the site.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    • Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, returns, and issues related to online orders.
    • Ensure that the eCommerce platforms are equipped to provide excellent customer service, including clear communication, easy returns, and quick problem resolution.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement.
