We are partnered with a growing apparel company seeking a skilled and motivated Ecommerce Manager to lead digital marketing channels and website operations. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, and digital marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and sales growth. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee website merchandising, ensuring product offerings maximize conversions and enhance the customer experience. The role also involves collaboration with the development team to implement new features, improve functionality, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Merchandising: Optimize product visibility, navigation, and conversion rates. Partner with creative and product teams to enhance user experience.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage campaigns across paid search, display advertising, and social media. Monitor KPIs and optimize ROI.
  • Website Development: Collaborate with development teams to improve site performance, speed, and functionality.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key metrics, campaign performance, and customer insights to inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and operations teams to align Ecommerce efforts with business goals.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Ecommerce experience, including 2+ years as an Ecommerce Manager.
  • Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo and Attentive preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and website management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in retail or fashion Ecommerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and UX best practices is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
