What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams — from brand managers to execs — to hit deadlines and elevate outcomes
- Mentor teammates on time and project management best practices
- Improve processes to help the team scale without losing quality
- Lead with empathy and bring people together to solve problems fast
- Monitor timelines, mitigate risks, and keep everyone aligned
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of project management and operational experience
- Experience in the eCommerce industry, preferably at an agency
- Strong communication and leadership skills — you know how to motivate a team
- A mindset for continuous improvement and a talent for problem-solving
- Familiarity with content, creative, and cross-functional workflows
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (preferred)
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate fast-paced environments with grace
