Seeking a proficient eCommerce Sales Analyst to navigate and optimize the complex digital terrain of our client’s Amazon Vendor Central account. This role demands a candidate with a solid grasp of online retail platform management, particularly for enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency. Role Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to utilize data analytics to refine sales strategies and improve overall business outcomes. The focus will be on managing a leading online retail platform to optimize operations and boost sales. The role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight to drive revenue growth and elevate the customer experience on various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Retail Platform Management:
    • Employ your expertise to oversee operations, including communications and strategy optimizations related to order fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Service department to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics:
    • Produce detailed sales analyses from varied data sources, providing the sales team with actionable insights for performance enhancement.
    • Evaluate channel data to uncover key sales insights, informing strategic sales plan adjustments.
  • Digital Sales Integration:
    • Partner with sales leadership to integrate traditional sales into the digital marketplace effectively, focusing on customer-centric adjustments to meet sales targets.
  • Digital Product Management:
    • Supervise a range of digital commerce solutions, aligning them with overarching business and financial goals.
    • Assume responsibility for the digital product portfolio, fostering continual growth and innovation.
  • E-commerce Site Management:
    • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure website functionality, aesthetic appeal, and content accuracy.
    • Support corporate sales objectives through strategic site management and optimization efforts.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor online metrics, user engagement, and market trends to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
    • Prepare and assess effectiveness reports, using data storytelling to guide strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in English with comprehensive skills in reading, writing, speaking, and professional communication.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Brings at least 3 years of experience managing online retail platforms, with a preference for candidates familiar with major marketplace operations.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), data analysis tools, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication capabilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and engaging with diverse teams.
  • Background in advertising will be considered an advantage.
