We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy problem solver to step into the role of Magento Solutions Architect and help our client scale smarter. If you love streamlining operations, building out automation, and leading dev teams through meaningful projects, keep reading.
You’ll work closely with folks across sales, marketing, ops, and manufacturing, helping everyone work better together with the right tools and systems. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations and has a big focus on using tech to make things faster, smoother, and more efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading front-end and back-end development teams while aligning projects with business goals
- Collaborating across departments to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable tech solutions
- Overseeing system integrations (ERP, CRM, internal tools) and driving automation initiatives
- Improving the customer experience through smart tools, AI, and process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in managing dev teams and rolling out software solutions in fast-paced settings
- Deep experience with eCommerce software integrations, APIs, and process automation
- Previous experience with Magento 2 is highly preferred, will consider even if experience wasn’t recent
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex operational challenges across departments
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping between big-picture planning and technical execution
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or similar
- 10+ years of hands-on experience scaling operations and integrating software
- 5+ years of Magento experience or PHP background with eCommerce experience
- A track record of mentoring dev teams and growing systems in high-growth companies
