Position: Engagement Manager – Private Equity
Location: New York, NY
Pay: $175K – $200K + Bonus
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Role Summary:
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll lead private equity project delivery and support practice development, collaborating closely with senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. This role includes team supervision, client communication, and involvement in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee commercial due diligence projects from start to finish, managing timelines, quality, and scope while mentoring project teams.
- Client Engagement: Ensure clear, effective communication to meet client expectations and deliver value.
- Business Development: Support in crafting tailored solutions, resource planning, and participating in sales pitches.
- Team Development: Coach team members to enhance skills, ensure high-quality outputs, and drive professional growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting with an interest in technology.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus)
- Strong analytical, presentation, and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience with global teams or international markets is a plus
