Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote (USA or Canada) | Ideal: Miami or Toronto (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary Range: $90k – $125k USD

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Implementation Specialist to lead ERP implementations in a dynamic startup environment. This role involves full project ownership from discovery to go-live, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, managing multiple projects in a POD-based environment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize ERP solutions accordingly.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery through to go-live, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Travel up to 30%-40% for key project phases, including discovery meetings and go-live support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ERP systems.
- Adapt to changing environments and manage client expectations with a strong customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, preferably with NetSuite experience.
- Background in accounting (CPA preferred) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic client environments.
- Willingness to travel 30%-40% for short periods (a few days at a time).
Location & Work Environment:
- Remote: Open to candidates across the USA and Canada.
- Hybrid Option: Ideal candidates based in Miami or Toronto can work in-office three days per week for team collaboration.
- Travel to customer sites is required for key phases of the project, including discovery and go-live.
