About the Role
We’re building a new category of sales performance technology that helps go-to-market teams observe and replicate top-performer behaviors. The product is scaling quickly with enterprise adoption, and we’re doubling headcount this year. As a Founding Engineer, you’ll own major chunks of architecture, performance, and product direction—shipping fast, talking to customers, and shaping what the platform becomes.
This is a true 0→1/1→n role for someone who loves full-stack work, thrives in ambiguous environments, and wants outsized ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end features across React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS (backend).
• Design reliable data models and services using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Integrate backend services with Python FastAPI endpoints that power ML workflows.
• Drive architectural decisions to improve performance, scalability, and developer velocity.
• Contribute to AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate directly with founders and early customers; scope and deliver customer-facing projects.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and clear documentation.
• Gather early user feedback and iterate quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript across the full stack.
• Proficiency with React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS.
• Comfort owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication; able to work directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Onsite requirement: role based in San Francisco.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python (FastAPI) for ML integrations.
• AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD experience.
• Background in sales tech, AI, or B2B SaaS.
• Early-stage/founding engineer experience and/or meaningful side projects.
