What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Implement and configure ERP solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on Sage ERP or Acumatica.
- Provide expert support throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency with the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Sage ERP and Acumatica to provide cutting-edge solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Sage ERP or Acumatica.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset.
