We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer join their growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver fullstack features spanning backend services and frontend experiences
- Build robust, scalable, and maintainable code that supports core business and product goals
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in architectural discussions and help guide long-term technical direction
- Contribute to code reviews, mentoring, and team technical standards
- Stay current with industry trends, frameworks, and best practices that can improve product quality
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a fullstack engineer in a production environment
- Strong skills in modern web development frameworks and backend technologies
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud or distributed systems
- Ability to build clean, well-tested code and deliver reliable features
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Compensation and Setup
This full-time On-site (NY) role offers a competitive compensation package with a wide range reflecting experience and impact, reported up to approximately $175,000 to $250,000 for more for strong performers.
