We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for a software / tech startup in Birmingham that growing rapidly.
This is a hybrid role in Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain marketing website and pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks.
- Analyze website performance and implement/optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team for branding and design.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and growth hacking.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Growth Marketer with knowledge of technical principles.
- Some proficient in areas such HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front-end frameworks would be helpful.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing principles.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and optimization techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work at a SaaS startup and wear multiple hats
