Hire with Jarvis have been retained by a leader in the ecommerce industry, they require a Head of Agency Partnerships & Sales to drive growth by providing strategic direction to the Partnership and Sales team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence through fostering agency partnerships, nurturing collaborative solutions, and executing effective go-to-market strategies. This position is pivotal in cultivating a robust sales pipeline, strengthening partner relationships, and achieving revenue targets through synergistic efforts.

  • Develop and execute a agency partner strategy to drive high-quality leads and tangible performance outcomes.
  • Lead the sales team and initiatives.
  • Engage with key agency partners to maximize sales, referrals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, business terms, and contractual agreements with both agencies and brands.
  • Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including sales executives and industry partners, by consistently demonstrating strong sales discipline.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to propose innovative approaches for achieving strategic partnership and sales objectives.
  • Foster a culture of high performance within the Partnership and Sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Identify and cultivate top talent, offering mentorship and resources to support their career advancement within the organization.


  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in sales and agency partnerships within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading agency partnerships, driving sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and partner ecosystem in the SaaS and technology sectors.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative partnership and sales strategies aligned with business objectives, emphasizing sales discipline and motivation.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients, leveraging diverse approaches to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on performance enhancement, talent development, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for influencing and negotiating effectively across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
