We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to find a Head of Growth who will take full ownership of the company’s direct-to-consumer performance and scale it into a best-in-class growth engine. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a build phase, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and is motivated by driving measurable revenue results.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded operator who blends strategy with execution and is ready to own the full DTC P&L.
As Head of Growth, you will lead and scale the direct-to-consumer channel, driving profitable revenue growth across acquisition, conversion, merchandising, and retention. You will be responsible for building repeatable systems, optimizing performance across the funnel, and creating a data-driven growth engine.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, but your primary accountability will be DTC performance, revenue, and contribution margin.
What You’ll Be Doing
DTC Revenue Ownership
- Own and grow the DTC P&L with full accountability for revenue and profitability
- Build a disciplined test-and-learn environment to drive continuous growth
- Establish dashboards and reporting cadence tied to core KPIs
Acquisition and Performance Marketing
- Lead paid media strategy across channels with a strong focus on ROI
- Build scalable testing frameworks across creative, audiences, and landing pages
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-converting campaigns
Conversion Rate Optimization and Merchandising
- Develop and execute a CRO roadmap to improve site performance and user experience
- Own merchandising strategy including promotions, bundles, and AOV levers
- Ensure seamless execution of product launches on the DTC channel
Retention and Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and optimize email and SMS strategies to increase LTV and repeat purchases
- Improve post-purchase experience and customer lifecycle journeys
- Introduce and enhance loyalty and retention initiatives
Analytics and Leadership
- Implement clear attribution models and performance measurement frameworks
- Partner with operations and product teams to support growth initiatives
- Operate with clear goals, scorecards, and accountability within a structured framework
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Significant growth in DTC revenue with improved contribution margins
- Stronger conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention metrics
- Scalable acquisition and lifecycle systems fully implemented
- Clear, unified reporting that drives business decisions
What You Bring
- 5 to 7+ years of DTC growth experience within consumer brands
- Deep experience with Shopify and a proven track record of scaling performance
- Strong understanding of paid media, either hands-on or through agency leadership
- Highly analytical with strong command of metrics such as CAC, LTV, CRO, and funnel performance
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-stage environment
- Experience working within structured operating frameworks is a plus

- Full-time position
- Hybrid work setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
