Location: Union Square (2-3 days per week)
Compensation: $225K – $275K base + bonus + equity

As Head / VP of Marketing, you’ll lead a dynamic team — scaling the inbound GTM strategy , overseeing demand gen, content, design, product marketing and marketing ops. You’ll grow marketing-sourced pipeline, generating demand amongst the world’s most dynamic startups, SMBs, and enterprise companies to work with teams of highly-talented product builders.

You’ll serve on the company’s leadership team and collaborate cross-functionally to grow one of the world’s most exciting future-of-work companies.

Responsibilties

  • Lead the marketing team and serve as a key collaborator on the leadership team
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive demand generation and marketing operations strategy, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, nurturing leads and increasing conversion rates.
  • Drive demand generation through inbound marketing channels to reach company revenue goals
  • Ensure strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives, including content strategies, lead generation, account-based marketing, referral marketing, field and events marketing, product-led growth, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to achieve true marketing-sales alignment
  • Manage the Marketing P&L — optimizing our investments for maximum impact.
  • Demonstrate servant leadership, helping our dynamic and creative marketing team grow in their careers and reach their personal growth goals

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate is a data-driven problem-solver who brings operational excellence to their teams—with a deep understanding of how to build strong inbound marketing programs and collaborate with sales on well-executed account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing, scaling to $25M+ as a VP of Marketing or $50M+ leading the full demand gen function who has hired and managed a team.
  • Strong product marketing and demand gen background, with the ability to translate customer insights into high-performing demand gen campaigns.
  • Startup & high-growth experience selling to a technical buyer (product, engineering, IT innovation) SMB and enterprise audiences
  • Systematic thinker who can implement frameworks to improve workflows, drive continuous improvement, and help the team thrive.
  • Builder mindset, not afraid to get in the weeds
