Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Availability to visit the Natick office)

Are you a high-performing executive with a deep understanding and experience in managing IT services accounts, particularly within the healthcare sector? My client, a Tier 2 Tech Services Firm, is seeking a dynamic Client Partner to join our team and manage existing client relationships in the Boston area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts with a focus on healthcare.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding and enhancing relationships with key accounts.
  • Utilize your experience in the Massachusetts market, with knowledge of the broader New England region being a plus.
  • Oversee the delivery of enterprise services (Integration, Analytics, Managed Services) and digital transformation services (IoT, Big Data & Cloud, Mobility, etc.) to existing clients.
  • Apply a consultative approach to account management, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Leverage your local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts in the healthcare sector.
  • Deliver value-based, outcome-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Manage a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagements for existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed account growth and retention targets.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT services account management.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing existing client accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Boston market and healthcare sector.
  • Experience in overseeing enterprise and digital transformation services.
  • Strong consultative approach to account management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Consistent high performance in achieving account management targets.
  • Ability to visit the Natick office twice a week.
