Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on researching and implementing new IT solutions, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining and enhancing our apps and website features. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, problem-solving, and innovation, while ensuring the smooth operation and customization of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new applications and IT solutions to improve business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and IT support to address technical issues and implement solutions.
- Apply new features and updates to apps and websites to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Communicate and coordinate with external agencies to ensure effective partnership and system integration.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and customize apps and features to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support, app development, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with app and website development processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
