Renowned for delivering top-notch technology services, software engineering solutions, digital transformation initiatives, IT managed/outsourced services, and expertise in cloud, data, and analytics, our client caters to Fortune 500 companies is looking for to hire a KPO/BPO Sales Manager.

This role offers an opportunity to leverage expertise in sales, understanding of the CPA industry, and coordination skills to drive business growth and client satisfaction in the dynamic field of Knowledge Process Outsourcing.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell outsourcing services to US CPA firms.
  • Identify and understand CPA industry needs, pain points, and seasonal activities.
  • Conduct presentations to prospects, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with offshore units for staffing and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Utilize knowledge of accounting terms and industry language to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Collaborate with outsourcing firms to optimize service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate proven sales performance and capability to achieve targets.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in all interactions.
  • Work effectively as a team player, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Apply strong commercial sense to negotiate deals and maximize profitability.


  • 3-8 years of experience in selling outsourcing services to US CPA firms.
  • Basic degree or Masters in relevant field.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Location: USA, with remote work flexibility.
