A CSI Development Manager leads the team of CSI Developers and CSI Technical Service Specialists. This role is responsible for organizing the work of their team to maximize utilization of consultant time, develop common work standards, and recommend process changes to management to improve overall business performance. In this role, you will also manage the quoting and queue of work and provide proposals. Constant communication with Project Leads, Management, Consultants, and customers is expected.
Responsibilities
– Sustain and improve customer satisfaction through timely and thoughtful interaction with customers.
– Sustain and improve employee satisfaction by providing day-to-day support for your team members.
– Minimize under-utilization of employee time to the budget for time and materials billing to customers.
– Collaborate on sales by producing proof-of-concepts, developing statements of work, and estimates for the level of effort required to deliver business value to customers.Daily Activities
– Analyze team performance metrics.
– Develop team policy, procedures, and work instructions for technical specialists.
– Manage workload queue.
– Communicate daily with Project Leads, management, and customers on deliverables and priorities.
– Recommend changes to department policies, procedures, and work instructions to support team goals.
– Develop work estimates for proposals with a goal of a 3-business day turnaround.
– Review proposals with clients as needed and assist in defining scope.
– Review plans, dates, and expectations with clients.
– Provide support as a CSI Developer and CSI Technical Specialist as needed.Why Work With this partner?
