A leader in bulk industrial manufacturing and processing is looking for skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineers to join their production team. As a key member of the engineering department, you play an integral role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for process improvement and problem-solving.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and improve production.
- Maintain technical documentation (SOPs, process charts).
- Identify cost-effective solutions and enhance equipment efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in CAD and ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred).
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (certifications a plus).
- Nice to have: Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.
