Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s marketing initiatives across all channels. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s narrative, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and fostering brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts as needed.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and community building efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand’s messaging, positioning, and creative assets to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the fashion or retail industry, with a focus on direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and SEO.
