We’re proud to be partnering with a high-growth Construction Tech SaaS company to hire a Mid-Market Account Executive (General Contractors) who’s ready to take ownership of a high-impact territory and close deals that transform how commercial contractors manage projects.

What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle, from outreach to signed contracts.
- Build relationships with General Contractors, uncovering pain points and delivering solutions that stick.
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas, driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Develop data-driven territory plans to maximize market presence and credibility.
- Deliver compelling product demos that show measurable ROI and drive adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of SaaS sales success, consistently beating quota.
- Prior on-site construction experience (Project Manager, Superintendent, Field Engineer, etc.) and currently selling SaaS.
- Proven ability to close deals with decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Consultative, solution-based sales skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and energy to thrive in a fast-growth startup.
The Details
- Location: Remote, USA — must reside in one of the following states: WV, CO, IA, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, KS, OH, IL, KY, WI, IN, or MI.
- Compensation: $160K – $200K OTE (base + commission) + equity.
