A rapidly growing, mid-sized consulting firm that specializes in building Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for enterprise clients is looking to bring on a strategic Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and accelerate their expansion across the US market.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative, high-value sales environments. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, working alongside established marketing and events teams to generate leads and develop relationships with C-level decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for GCC solutions.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to signing MSAs.
- Collaborate with marketing to target the right prospects and attend key industry events to expand outreach.
- Take a consultative approach to sales by understanding client needs and building strong business cases for GCC implementation.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with solutions sold.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in new client acquisition in B2B services, consulting, IT, or outsourcing solutions.
- A strong understanding of GCC models, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) frameworks, or global delivery solutions is a plus.
- Experience engaging and building relationships with C-Suite executives in complex sales environments.
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
