Operations Manager – Remote (US)

We are partnering with a fast-growing, construction-focused SaaS company to find an Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly as it scales. This is a full-time, US-based remote position designed for someone who thrives on ownership, problem solving, and building structure where it does not yet exist.

What you will do

• Act as the internal go-to person for operational questions and day-to-day issues
• Own and improve internal systems including CRM, billing, and other core tools
• Troubleshoot operational challenges, identify root causes, and prevent repeat issues
• Document workflows and build scalable processes to support company growth
• Support hiring coordination, interviewing logistics, and onboarding of new team members
• Help keep internal communication channels organized and efficient
• Support employee onboarding and evolving internal processes

What will help you succeed

• Experience in operations, rev ops, systems, or a similar role
• Comfort working hands-on with CRMs, internal tools, and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a natural sense of ownership
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure in fast-moving environments
• Clear communicator who enjoys helping teams work better together

Nice to have, not required

• Experience in an early-stage or startup environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Exposure to automation tools, APIs, or workflow automation

Work setup and compensation
This is a full-time remote role open to candidates based in the United States. The salary for this position is $80,000, along with the opportunity to grow as the company scales and operations become more complex.
