We are partnered with a forward-thinking B2B eCommerce company transforming the way commercial services purchase essential equipment. They have experienced a ton of growth in the last 2 years and are looking to take their marketing efforts in-house. We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Director to champion their digital marketing efforts.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Director with a strategic mindset and a track record of driving growth. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with analytical prowess to drive marketing effectiveness and business growth. This person MUST have experience working at a reseller.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy in line with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including oversight of external agencies to achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead customer acquisition initiatives to boost revenue, optimize cost-per-click (CPC), and enhance return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Improve customer acquisition efficiency through funnel optimization.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches such as A/B testing to refine marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Leverage data to inform and optimize marketing strategies for better outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related fields; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Over 7 years of experience in a senior growth marketing or similar leadership role, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities and expertise in data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing landscapes, including SEO, SEM, social media, and especially a strong proficiency in Google Shopping ads and paid listing ads.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and optimizing campaigns for large product catalogues, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to enhance campaign performance and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven approaches such as A/B testing to refine and enhance marketing efforts continuously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

This is a remote opportunity – candidates should be based in Eastern or Central Time Zones – Ideally in the Tri-State area.
