Presales Director – IT Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Presales Director to join a leading global provider of digital transformation solutions. This role will be client-facing and involve working closely with the field sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the field sales team to gain insights into client requirements and needs.
  • Attend client meetings to understand business challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Create and deliver RFP responses and technical proposals in partnership with internal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Present the company’s capabilities and innovative solutions to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with offshore presales teams (~12 members) to deliver results.
  • Assist in developing service offerings that meet market demands and client needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of presales experience in IT services (not product-based).
  • Strong experience in custom solutions related to data analytics, cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time for client meetings and engagements.
  • Proven experience working with both onsite and offshore teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Consulting experience with tier-one or tier-two IT services companies.
  • Familiarity with technologies like Oracle, Salesforce, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
