Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics D365
Type: Full-Time
Summary
Responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics D365. A hands-on, proactive approach to managing projects is expected, with full responsibility for all aspects of a project, including executing the project within scope, schedule, and budget.
Job Requirements
- Strong Technical Project Management: Experience delivering IT applications and cloud-based projects, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Project Execution: Create and execute project plans, scope, SOW, and functional specs. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Financial Acumen: Identify dependencies in the project plan and budgets. Ability to articulate financials with stakeholders.
- Communication: Regularly communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and the team. Proactively conduct project status meetings, produce project status reports, and facilitate project sponsor meetings.
- Risk Management: Identify and address issues and risks on projects. Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards resolving issues quickly.
- Development Facilitation: Facilitate all phases of development including definition, development, implementation, testing, and launch. Develop documentation to clearly communicate project requirements and parameters.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth and productive flow of work.
Required Skills
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Strong experience in a technology-focused project management role
- Advanced Project Management Skills: Scope Management, Timeline Management, Resource Management, Issue Tracking, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, etc.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong Vendor Management Skills
- Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics D365 projects is highly desired
Education/Experience
- 5+ years of managing projects through the end-to-end lifecycle
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred
