Job Overview:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts across the market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including Marketing Coordinators and Graphic Designers, to ensure they deliver high-quality work and meet targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity throughout all marketing materials and activities within the region.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing them with the necessary tools and support.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute regional events, including product launches, open houses, and trade shows, to promote our homes and enhance brand visibility.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior marketing experience in the construction industry – ideally residential
