The Construction Software Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support for new and existing Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) software implementations and Procore integrations to Sage Intacct. Using prior experience, training, and education, the ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication and work closely with customers and other team members to configure and communicate best practices to our clients for the Sage Construction Management application. You must possess experience and a strong understanding of pre-construction and construction management practices, along with a passion for construction management technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support for Sage Construction Management software implementations and integrations.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Implementation: Lead or assist in all aspects of the implementation process, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and data migration.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand system functionality and its application to their business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage and implement continuous improvement practices to enhance client experience with the software.
  • Customer Relations: Build positive and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business and advocating for their needs.
  • Technical Support: Monitor and respond to customer technical and support issues related to the software.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years as a Project Control Specialist or Project Manager in the construction industry.
    • 2+ years working with construction management applications (e.g., Procore, Corecon, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, Autodesk, RedTeam).
    • Experience in construction project estimating and financials (preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Superior time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
    • Proactive, customer-focused, and service-oriented attitude.
