Our client, a prestigious European Sage X3 Partner looking to expand to the US is seeking a Sage X3 Support Analyst to work in their US projects. Join a growing company with a great culture! 

What you’ll do: 

  • Own the full incident life cycle 
  • Provide solutions to client issues related to Sage X3 
  • Assist with direct user support 
  • Work with a great team of colleagues and resolve challenging queries. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Expertise in Software testing and troubleshooting 
  • Experience with Sage X3 
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL 
  • Great customer service skills 
  • Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
