Essential Functions:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts at all levels.
  • Accurately and promptly enter wholesale orders.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Communicate regularly with operations and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor inventory and provide timely updates to buyers.
  • Support Direct/Online business with detailed product information and samples.
  • Update sales reports and assist with distribution checks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
  • At least 3 years of office experience in consumer products or the home industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong preference for Excel skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • High initiative, energy, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a robust work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant office experience.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Wholesale experience is a MUST.
  • Experience selling physical products is a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Manhattan
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year, plus commissions and incentives
