Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the CPG sector. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to drive sales, build strong relationships with customers, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to support customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in sales and account management.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
