This is a rare opportunity to step into a Senior Account Executive role where you are not just closing deals, but helping define how enterprise sales is done.

This role combines autonomy, influence, and real upside. You will own the full sales cycle end to end while working closely with founders and senior leadership. You will help define messaging, pricing, and the enterprise sales motion while actively closing meaningful, long term deals.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Sell to senior stakeholders including founders, CEOs, and ecommerce leaders at fast growing brands
  • Run thoughtful discovery to uncover real pain and position value driven solutions
  • Close high value, long term customers and manage expansions and renewals
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, and objection handling
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong post sale outcomes
  • Partner with Product and Operations to share customer insights and influence roadmap priorities
  • Help define pricing, packaging, and discounting as the company scales upmarket

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to mid market customers
  • Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals
  • Comfort owning the entire sales process without heavy enablement or oversight
  • Strong storytelling and discovery skills with a value first selling approach
  • Experience in a startup or high growth SaaS environment preferred
  • Highly motivated, self directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity

Compensation and Setup

  • $120,000 base salary plus commission
  • $200,000 on target earnings
  • Full time, 4 days in-office role based in New York City
  • High visibility role with direct access to founders and leadership
