We are partnering with a well-established consulting and enterprise software firm to find a Senior Applications
Consultant – Finance who is passionate about helping manufacturing businesses transform through ERP solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity within the United States, offering the chance to work on impactful projects, collaborate with high-performing teams, and directly influence client success.

What you’ll be doing
- Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions
- Lead and support implementations of Visual ERP and related systems
- Provide hands-on consulting, training, and system optimization for clients
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver ongoing support
- Partner with internal and client teams to drive project success
- Improve customer processes through automation and efficiency initiatives
- Deliver financial insights, reporting, and system recommendations
- Manage multiple projects while meeting delivery and billing expectations
What success looks like
- Strong client relationships built on trust and results
- Successful ERP implementations aligned with business goals
- Measurable improvements in financial and operational performance
- Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role such as Controller within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Hands-on experience with Visual ERP is required
- Experience with ERP implementation or support in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or reporting tools
- Prior consulting experience
- Familiarity with process improvement and automation initiatives
Compensation and work setup
- Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually
- Location: Fully remote within the United States
- Employment type: Full-time
- Travel: Up to 50 to 60% within the USA
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
