What You’ll Do:
- Lead Audit Engagements: Take charge of audit projects with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Financial Analysis: Dive deep into financial statements, uncovering issues and offering innovative solutions.
- Internal Control Assessment: Evaluate and improve clients’ business processes, adding real value to their operations.
- Effective Communication: Present findings clearly and confidently to both clients and your team.
- Mentorship: Guide and support lees experienced team members, helping them grow and succeed.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA certification or compliance with the 150-hour rule.
- At least 2 years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAS, GAAP, OCBOA, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to attend the office in Tulsa 3 days a week
