Hire With Jarvis is presenting an opportunity for a Senior Director of Demand Planning and Inventory Management to lead a complex, high-visibility function for a well-established consumer brand operating at national scale.
 
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of forecasting, inventory strategy, and cross-functional execution. You will own demand planning and inventory management end to end, ensuring the business has the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time, while balancing service levels, working capital, and growth.

What you will do
In this role, you will lead both strategy and execution across demand and inventory planning.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Own enterprise demand planning and inventory management across multiple channels
• Develop forecasting models that balance historical data, growth plans, seasonality, and promotions
• Lead S&OP processes and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Drive inventory optimization to improve service levels while managing working capital
• Identify risks and opportunities related to supply constraints, demand shifts, and inventory exposure
• Build and refine planning processes, tools, and governance to support scale
• Lead and mentor a high-performing planning team, setting clear expectations and accountability
• Provide clear reporting and insights to executive leadership to support decision-making
