We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts and support our venue marketing teams across North America. This role is pivotal in building and rolling out performance marketing tools, establishing best practices, and driving digital requirements for our US venue marketing teams.


  1. Develop and implement performance marketing tools and best practices for local venue marketing teams across North America.
  2. Oversee and coordinate top-tier tracking foundations for digital marketing across North America.
  3. Serve as the primary contact for all digital and e-commerce needs for our US venue marketing teams, ensuring their digital requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the value derived from digital audience data, affiliate partners, and performance marketing.
  • Develop and refine overall strategies with venue marketing and central experts to leverage new capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance performance marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics to identify opportunities for improving audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Manage performance metrics and tracking to establish benchmarks across all performance channels.
  • Create consistent performance marketing reports, enabling venue teams to gain insights and improve performance.
  • Coach and educate venue marketing teams on utilizing tools and media platforms to self-serve their campaign performance.
  • Seek methods to increase efficiency through automation and tools.
  • Manage client tracking requests from venue marketing teams.
  • Actively participate in our global e-commerce and performance marketing community to build new capabilities and realize synergies across disciplines.
  • Implement a testing and reporting discipline to continuously improve performance.


  • Proven track record of enhancing value through e-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Search, Affiliates, Social, Email).
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to communicate, work across, and influence multiple stakeholders with varying levels of digital understanding.
  • Extensive experience with Ad Tech platforms, particularly GA, GA4, and GA360 (experience with Meta and Optimizely is advantageous).
  • Familiarity with US privacy regulations for marketing and their impact on digital marketing activities and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change throughout the organization.
  • Highly developed analytical and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, tools, and execution.


  • Background in marketing/media agencies or client-side agency management.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution and effectiveness models/methodologies.
  • Knowledge of North American affiliate marketing.
  • Experience within the live entertainment industry.
  • Experience in managing and coaching a team.
