We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive position. This is a high-impact role for a proven enterprise sales professional who thrives on winning new business and closing complex deals within the construction technology space. The Opportunity
This role is focused on driving net-new enterprise revenue within the Top 400 ENR General Contractors. You will own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through to closing multi-stakeholder deals. This is not a build-from-scratch position. You will be stepping into a role where your existing relationships and industry credibility will directly translate into pipeline and revenue.
You will work cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining ownership of your accounts and outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new enterprise logo acquisition within top-tier general contractor accounts
- Leverage your existing network of construction industry decision-makers to open doors quickly
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline with clear forecasting
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
- Represent the business at key industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years of experience successfully closing enterprise-level new business deals
- Proven experience selling into ENR Top 400 General Contractors
- Strong existing relationships across the construction ecosystem
- Demonstrated success managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- SaaS sales experience is required
- Strong discipline in forecasting and CRM management
- High activity levels across outreach channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
- A driven, competitive, and self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Compensation & Work Setup
- Location: Remote (USA Central Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000 – $250,000 (based on experience and performance)
