If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Growth Marketer. Our client is on a mission to bring healthier artisan wines to more wine drinkers and support the families who grow them.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs our Senior Growth Marketer, you will be at the forefront of our growth and optimization efforts, focusing on acquisition, retention, win-back, churn, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute our multi-channel growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels, including paid advertising, search, SEO, social media, and more.
  • Paid Ads and Search Management: Take a hands-on approach to managing our paid ads and search buying, with daily performance presentations aimed at growing our subscriber base.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance across all channels, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase learning and optimize results.
  • Customer Behavior Insights: Pull and organize data around customer behavior, including LTV, churn, and cancellation reasons, as well as handle other ad hoc projects.
  • Ecommerce Performance Enhancement: Drive better ecommerce performance by monitoring website and email analytics to improve bounce, click, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including design, media, customer service, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements to Apply

  • Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Channel Expertise: Expertise in multiple marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with luxury or premium brands is preferable but not required.
  • Passion: A passion for our mission of bringing healthier artisan wines to more wine drinkers and supporting the families who grow them.
