We are seeking a Product Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation payments platform. This role is ideal for a versatile engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a direct impact on how money moves — securely, instantly, and reliably. You will work closely with company leadership to refine product requirements, design technical specifications, and execute with urgency to deliver high-quality features.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze data, refine product requirements, and design new features and capabilities
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-ready solutions
- Contribute to both backend and frontend development of the payments platform
- Ensure platform reliability and stability, including participating in on-call rotations to address urgent production issues
- Work to maximize payment authorization and conversion while managing risk exposure
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with a fintech background
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python and TypeScript; experience with Golang is a plus
- Ability to work across backend and frontend systems in production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and concise written communication skills
- A sense of urgency and ownership in building reliable, high-performing software
